Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking qualified nursing staff to assist residents at Ridgecrest Retirement and Healthcare Community in Waco, TX. The role involves administering medications, monitoring resident status, and supporting daily care needs in a retirement/healthcare setting.

The position requires CNA and Medication Aide certifications in good standing, with a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and adherence to care plans and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have a current, valid CNA certification in good standing.
• Must have current Medication Aide certification in good standing.

Responsabilités

• Verifies identity of resident receiving medication and records details on forms.
• Presents medication and observes ingestion or administers according to procedures.
• Monitors residents for reactions and reports as needed.
• Takes vital signs and records temperature, BP, pulse, respiration and intake/output.
• Responds to signal lights or intercom to determine resident needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
