Job summary

Pearland Grove is seeking a Medication Aide to administer medications under nurse supervision and support residents with daily activities in a Pearland, TX assisted living setting.

The position requires TX CNA and Registered Medication Aide certifications, plus at least six months of assisted living experience. You will document care, maintain HIPAA compliance, and contribute to a safe, respectful environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Certified as CNA in this state is required.
• Certified as Registered Medication Aide in this state is required.
• Six months experience in an assisted living community preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispenses medications under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Supervises residents' medications under the service plan.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA policies.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Documents observations and care performed timely and accurately.
