Job summary

Table Rock Senior Living at Barber Station seeks a compassionate Medication Aide to administer prescribed medications and assist residents with daily living activities in a respectful, compliant manner.

You will document all administrations, monitor for effects, and communicate any concerns to Wellness staff, supporting resident independence and dignity in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of medication assistance training as per state requirements.
• Up-to-date medication certification per state regulations.
• Compassionate and empathetic in interactions.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per state regulations.
• Observe residents taking medication and document effects and any adverse reactions.
• Record information accurately in medication administration records and communicate concerns to Wellness staff.
• Support residents with activities of daily living and maintain resident dignity and independence.
