Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to assist with administering medications and aid residents with daily living activities. The role works under the supervision of licensed nursing staff in a long-term care setting and emphasizes accuracy, compassion, and resident safety.

The position requires state QMA/CMA certification with an active CNA credential and 0–1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or CMA by the state and maintain a CNA certification in good standing.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under supervision and per policy.
• Practice five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive, and destroy medications per policy.
