Qualifications

• Nebraska Medication Aide certification, training and registry requirements are required.
• Clear and professional communication with residents and team members.
• Attention to detail in medication procedures and documentation.
• Experience with electronic systems for medication tracking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications according to physician orders and care plans.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records.
• Monitor residents for changes or side effects and report promptly.
• Assist residents with daily living while supporting dignity and independence.
• Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and teammates.
