Job summary

Qualifications

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification.
• Compassion, patience and a genuine desire to work with older adults.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Able to communicate with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately administer medications per orders.
• Learn residents’ routines and preferences.
• Provide a compassionate, engaging presence to residents.
• Notice changes and communicate with the nursing team.
• Support daily activities while encouraging independence.
• Maintain accurate medication records and documentation.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure the best resident experience.
