Astoria Senior Living in Omaha, NE is seeking a compassionate Medication Aide to administer medications, maintain accurate records, and support residents’ daily living with dignity. This full-time role is part of the Agemark Senior Living family.

You will monitor residents’ well-being, build connections with residents and families, and contribute to a positive environment while following Nebraska certification and registry requirements.

Qualifications

• Nebraska Medication Aide certification, training, and registry requirements.
• Clear and professional communication with residents and team.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation.
• Ability to use electronic medication tracking systems.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per physician orders and residents’ care plans.
• Document medication administration clearly and correctly.
• Monitor residents for changes and report concerns promptly.
• Assist residents with daily living while protecting dignity and independence.
• Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and team members.
• Create a positive environment with compassion and patience on every shift.
