Qualifications

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification or state-equivalent requirement.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Compassion, patience and genuine care for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications according to physician orders and care plans.
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain records.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living with compassion.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families and team members.
• Contribute to a warm, welcoming community where residents thrive.
