Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Medication Technician at our senior living community in Santa Rosa, California. The role supports medication administration under nursing standards, assists residents with personal care, and coordinates with pharmacies, physicians, and families to promote resident independence and safety.

Shifts are Thur-Sun, AM, with a pay range of $19-$20 per hour. Candidates with RCFE experience and a HS diploma are preferred; LVN is a plus, with ability to operate MS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN is a plus.
• Prefer 1 year of experience with medication in RCFE or similar setting.
• Must pass criminal background and health screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track medication changes, refills, and deliveries.
• Maintain complete, confidential resident medication records.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
