Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Medication administration: prepare, administer, and document medications per orders and protocols.
• Health monitoring: observe residents and report changes; measure vital signs as needed.
• Resident engagement: build positive relationships and encourage participation in wellness activities.
• Safety & compliance: follow infection control procedures and maintain organized, secure medication carts and records.
