Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments to residents.
• Observes residents taking medications and notes effects.
• Documents required information in medication administration records.
• Communicates concerns to Wellness Director or designated staff.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living and preserves dignity.
