Responsibilities

• Observe and report reactions and side-effects to medication to the charge nurse.
• Record vital signs prior to medication administration when required.
• Document administered medications in the resident’s medication record.
• Assist with daily care tasks as needed (bathing, feeding, dressing, transfers).
• Maintain clean and organized medication rooms and supply areas.
