Qualifications

• Meet Nebraska certification, training, and registry requirements for Medication Aides.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and team members.
• Follow medication procedures accurately and maintain documentation.
• Use electronic systems for medication tracking and records.
• Show genuine care for older adults and reliability in scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely according to physician orders and care plans.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records.
• Monitor residents for changes, side effects, or concerns and report promptly.
• Assist residents with daily living while protecting dignity and independence.
• Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and team members.
• Create a positive, compassionate environment on each shift.
