Qualifications

• Twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years of driving-related experience.
• Valid state driver license with proper class/endorsement.
• Clean driving record with no violations (zero points) in the prior 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from medical facilities safely.
• Assist with loading and unloading residents, including wheelchair users.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity during transport.
• Follow DOT rules and NYS vehicle laws; maintain professional conduct.
