The role requires maintaining vehicle logs, fueling, basic preventive maintenance, and keeping interiors clean. The driver may assist at the Concierge desk and perform related duties as needed, including helping in varied shifts and weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must present a well-groomed appearance and demonstrate a courteous, friendly, patient, and congenial manner at all times.
• Must have a verifiable safe driving record.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of the metropolitan and surrounding area.
• Must be able to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and up to 10 pounds of force frequently.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely transportation to residents, guests, and designated visitors.
• Drive facility vehicles to local restaurants, shopping centers, physician offices, and other locations as scheduled.
• Maintain vehicle logs, purchase gas, and keep maintenance and inspection schedules current.
• Perform minor vehicular maintenance as needed and keep interiors and exteriors clean.
• Assist at the Concierge desk and perform related duties as required.
