Job summary

WilBea Medical Equipment is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver/Technician to deliver medical equipment to patients’ homes or healthcare facilities in Tyler, TX. The role involves loading/unloading equipment, providing setup instructions, and using strong communication to assist patients and families.

You must maintain a clean driving record, be at least 21, and be able to pass a background and drug test. A tobacco-free workplace and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs and pass background/drug tests.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• 2+ years in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients' homes or healthcare facilities to deliver equipment.
• Load and unload supplies.
• Provide operating instructions for equipment to patients or caregivers.
• Address questions and resolve complaints professionally and compassionately.
