Job summary

WilBea Medical Equipment in Great Bend, KS is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver/Technician to deliver medical equipment to patients' homes and care centers, load/unload gear, and provide equipment instruction. The role requires a clean driving record, the ability to lift up to 90 lbs, and strong communication with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and impeccable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.
• Capable of working in a tobacco free environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Caring and personable demeanor.
• 2+ years of experience in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to each patient's home or healthcare facilities to deliver equipment.
• Load and unload supplies.
• Provide instruction for each piece of equipment.
• Answer questions from patients or families about equipment and services.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and compassionately.
