Job summary

Health System Services is seeking a Medical Delivery Technician to deliver, install, and troubleshoot durable medical equipment with a patient-centered approach. You will ensure safe vehicle operation and accurate documentation while guiding patients and families on equipment use.

Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma, and strong customer service skills. Position offers a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits in a role that supports our EPIC values

Qualifications

Must have valid state-issued driver’s license.
High school diploma required.
1 year of delivery and/or customer service preferred.
Background screening required.
Must be 21+ for auto insurance coverage.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry equipment.

Responsibilities

Deliver and install Durable Medical Equipment (DME) safely and timely.
Provide delivery, pick up, and maintenance of home medical equipment and supplies.
Safely operate and maintain company vehicle.
Educate patients and caregivers on proper equipment use.
Perform minor repairs and troubleshooting of equipment.
Complete paperwork, trip logs, and inventory accurately.
Organize equipment per policy.
Assist with transporting equipment as needed.
