• Billing & Account Management: Prepare, verify, and issue monthly private-pay statements and billing invoices across 3 nursing home locations.
• Accounts Receivable: Monitor accounts receivable balances, log incoming payments, reconcile account discrepancies, and maintain clear ledger notes.
• Collections & Follow-Up: Conduct respectful, professional collection efforts on delinquent accounts while upholding the highest standards of dignity and customer care.
• High-Touch Family Communication: Serve as the main contact for residents and family members seeking clarity on invoices, payment plans, and account status.
• Resident Trust Accounts: Assist with managing resident trust funds, monthly ledgers, and account reconcilements as needed.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, digital files, and cross-facility reporting for management review.
