The role requires HS diploma, BLS CPR, CMA/CMAC/ARMA/AMT/RMA/NCMA/CCMA/NRCMA certification, and related experience. Travel may be required; benefits start Day One and a sign-on bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health care field and medical terminology.
• Knowledge of chronic disease management.
• Ability to navigate internal and external resources.
• Expertise in patient advocacy and navigating complex systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience with computers required.

Responsabilités

• Travels as needed to fulfill staffing needs and support clinic operations.
• Ensures compliance with organizational standards and policies.
• Maintains education requirements and demonstrates competency.
• Prepares patients and equipment for treatment and documents results.
• Maintains OSHA compliance and safety processes.
• Provides complete patient care during visits and addresses care gaps.
• Maintains confidentiality of staff and patient information.
• Supports staff by assisting patients, visitors, and co-workers.
• Performs clinical intake, including screenings, history, vitals, and med reconciliation.
• Assists with minor procedures and ensures accurate documentation.
