TRITAL Care is seeking compassionate Medical Assistants to support patient care in skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals in Portland, Oregon. You will obtain vital signs, document accurately, and assist with routine clinical tasks within your scope of practice, collaborating with licensed nursing staff.

The ideal candidate is attentive to detail, communicates effectively, and maintains patient dignity, safety, and confidentiality while following facility procedures

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• Medical Assistant education, training, or equivalent qualifications.
• Ability to perform duties per Oregon requirements and facility policies.
• Knowledge of vital signs, infection prevention, and patient confidentiality.
• Notify licensed nursing staff of changes in patient condition.
• Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and time-management skills.
• Complete onboarding, background checks, and screenings.
• Reliable transportation to Portland facilities.

Mansioni

• Obtain and document vital signs, including BP, pulse, temperature, respiration, and O2 sat.
• Assist with patient intake, identification, room preparation, and information gathering.
• Observe patients for changes and report concerns promptly.
• Prepare patients and examination areas for routine procedures.
• Assist with specimen collection and point-of-care testing as trained.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EHR systems.
• Support patient positioning, mobility, and transfers as permitted.
• Keep care areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow infection prevention, PPE, and isolation procedures.
• Protect patient privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Respond to patient requests and communicate needs to care team.
• Follow safety protocols and facility policies.
• Report injuries, abuse, safety concerns through proper channels.
