Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for Crossridge Internal Medicine. The role supports the primary care physician by updating health records, measuring vital signs, and preparing exam rooms. Strong customer service, basic computer skills, and teamwork are essential.

Minimum education is a High School Diploma or GED, with CMA certification or ABR-OE acceptable. BLS is required at hire for certain locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active CMA certification or ABR-OE acceptable (not in SC).
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with common software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a respectful manner.
• Review and update patient charts and health records.
• Measure vital signs and prepare treatment rooms for exams.
• Perform clerical duties: inventory, referrals, and phone coverage.
• Troubleshoot problems and support team as needed.
• Remain compliant with state guidelines and MA scope.
