Responsibilities

• Supports patient and provider throughout the visit.
• Prepares patient and provider for the visit.
• Answers patient questions before leaving; prepares room for next appointment.
• Delivers excellent patient service via phone and in person.
• Completes documentation including patient registration if needed.
• Maintains current clinical knowledge and credentials.
