Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports patient and provider throughout the patient visit.
• Prepares patient and provider for the visit.
• Ensures patient questions are answered prior to leaving; prepares room for next appointment.
• Provides excellent patient service through effective communication both over the phone and in person.
• Completes patient registration and appropriate documentation as needed.
• Maintains clinical knowledge, skills, training, and credentials through ongoing professional development.
• Adheres to all policies and standards.
