Qualifications

• Must be certified MA with at least 1 year exp.
• One year of prior experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible and able to handle multiple duties.
• Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of administrative and clinical tasks, including obtaining and documenting patient medical histories, answering and directing phone calls, and ensuring completion of forms.
• Prepare patients for examinations by conducting preliminary physical assessments, taking vital signs, and summarizing patient history for providers.
• Set up and maintain clean, organized treatment rooms for clinical examinations; communicate physician instructions to patients.
• Provide compassionate support and assistance to patients and families throughout visits; assist providers and clinical staff as needed; maintain documentation and records.
