At Duly Health and Care, you will be part of a physician-led team focused on patient-centered care across Joliet and Lockport. The role supports physicians during exams and procedures and involves patient registration, vital signs, and lab work.

You’ll contribute to a friendly, efficient clinic atmosphere and patient experience. Hours are full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays; travel between Joliet & Lockport locations is required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant educational program or related coursework.
• Active MA/CMA/CNA/EMT certification through AMT/NCCT/NHA/ARMA/AAMA or CPR certification (or willing to obtain on hire).
• Phlebotomy certification within 90 days of hire may be required.
• Prior experience as MA/CMA/CNA/EMT or 2+ years in a medical office assisting with patient care.

Mansioni

• Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, vital signs and health history.
• Support physicians during examinations, minor procedures, dressings and first aid.
• Assist with immunizations or injections as needed.
• Handle prescriptions, pharmacy callbacks, provider orders, and charting updates.
• Conduct onsite lab tests including EKG, pulmonary function, glucose, and urine pregnancy tests.
• Maintain clean, welcoming examination rooms and provide excellent customer service.

Formazione

High school diploma or GED

Medical Assistant certification

CPR certification or willing to obtain

Phlebotomy certification within 90 days

MA/CMA/CNA/EMT or 2+ years med office experience
