Duly Health and Care in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a Medical Assistant for a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine role. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week with Monday–Friday schedules and variable start times at the Downers Grove location.

You will join a physician-led team delivering patient-centered care, assisting with exams, registrations, and essential in-clinic testing while supporting a seamless patient experience. Training and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant educational program or related health sciences coursework required.
• Active MA certification through AMT, NCCT, NHA, ARMA or AAMA preferred.
• CPR certification required or to be obtained on hire.
• Phlebotomy certification may be required within 90 days of hire.
• Prior MA/clinical office experience (MA/CMA/CNA/EMT) is valued.

Mansioni

• Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, vital signs, and health history collection.
• Support physicians during examinations, minor surgeries, dressing changes, and first aid procedures.
• Assist with immunizations or injections as needed.
• Handle prescriptions, pharmacy callbacks, provider orders, charting, and filing.
• Conduct onsite labs (EKG, PFT, blood glucose, urine pregnancy tests).
• Maintain clean, welcoming exam rooms and deliver excellent customer service.
