Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing assessments, document vitals, and alert provider to abnormalities.
• Review patient medications at each visit and document current meds.
• Prepare patients for exams and procedures with explanation and reassurance.
• Provide patient education on diagnosis, procedures, home care, etc.
• Order and stock clinical supplies; maintain equipment and inventory.
• Assist physician with procedures and patient discharge.
• Maintain patient records in the EMR and ensure privacy.
• Maintain clean and safe clinical areas.
