• Collect patient specimens following established protocols.
• Support patient safety, clinic flow, and adherence to policies and standards.
• Utilize EMR to complete tasks accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively within the team.
• Escalate patient concerns appropriately and maintain patient-centered interactions.
