Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Anderson, SC is seeking a Medical Assistant for our onsite outpatient clinic. You will report to the Center Administrator at our Anderson location and perform clinical duties in a patient-facing role.

The ideal candidate has a CMA/RMA certification, CPR, and 1+ year of MA experience with TB screening on hire. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may require a proficiency exam.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of MA training program and CMA/RMA certification.
• CPR certification required.
• TB screening upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Discuss symptoms and obtain vital signs.
• Administer medications/vaccines.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect specimens.
• Sterilize/clean equipment and maintain examination rooms.
• Document information into the electronic medical records system.
