Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification and/or 1–2 years of MA experience preferred.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross required.
• Compassionate, patient-focused and strong team player with confidentiality.
• Proficient with basic office software and medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients in a welcoming, professional manner and provide information about treatments and medications.
• Triage patients, take vital signs, obtain histories, and assist with minor procedures.
• Administer medications under supervision and ensure correct dosage and routes.
• Collaborate with clinical team and support discharge planning when needed.
