Job summary

Axis Spine & Pain, an affiliate of PartnerCare, is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant for our Dublin, GA team. You will support physicians, prepare exam rooms, document vital signs, and help manage patient flow.

Ideal candidates have a Medical Assistant certificate, a high school diploma, and CPR/BLS certification; EMR proficiency (eClinicalWorks preferred) and willingness to train in pain management are valued. We offer competitive wages and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certificate of completion of a Medical Assistant program required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience in pain management or specialty care preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Experience with C-arm fluoroscopy and injections preferred.
• Proficiency in EMR systems; eClinicalWorks experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms, equipment, and supplies before and during patient examinations.
• Greet and room patients, document vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints.
• Assist physicians during examinations and clinical procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.
• Instruct patients and families on treatment procedures and post-visit care.
• Maintain HIPAA and infection control standards and EMR documentation.
