Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a Medical Assistant to deliver high-quality patient care and support providers. You will assist with triage, vital signs, phlebotomy, and documentation while ensuring smooth clinic operations across NH & ME regions where applicable.

Ideal candidates have a Medical Assistant certification or equivalent experience, a high school diploma, and BLS. The role requires flexibility for 12-hour shifts and potential travel between ConvenientMD locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant certification with at least 1 year of experience or 2 years as a Medical Assistant.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and educate patients about treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
• Record vital signs and medical histories; assist with minor procedures.
• Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant EHR documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical team and support discharge planning.
