Valir Health in Oklahoma City is seeking a qualified Medical Assistant to support patient care under supervision. You will assist in treatment procedures, record vital signs, prepare patient rooms, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure a safe, compassionate care environment.

Candidates must hold a current Medical Assistant Certification, CPR, and have experience with frail elderly populations or approved training.

Qualifications

• Current Medical Assistant Certification is required.
• One year working with frail and elderly population or approved training is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs treatment procedures and assists clinicians under supervision.
• Takes and records vital signs, height, weight, and other measurements accurately.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment and prepares participant rooms.
• Documents accurately and timely; communicates changes to physicians.
• Assists with admission, care, and disposition of participants.
• Maintains equipment and supplies; follows care plans.
