Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an MA program or CMA/RMA with provider approval.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is a plus and may be tested.

Responsibilities

• Greet and care for patients; obtain vital signs and discuss symptoms.
• Administer medications and vaccines as scope allows; perform phlebotomy.
• Collect specimens and perform basic diagnostic screenings.
• Maintain exam rooms and sterilize equipment; document in EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians and APPs; follow policies with some discretion.
