Job summary

The Staff Pad partners with a leading Helena, MT healthcare provider to hire Medical Assistants and CMAs for ambulatory clinics. Full-time and per diem opportunities are available in primary care and specialty settings.

As a MA or CMA, you will support providers, perform clinical and administrative tasks, document in the EHR, and help ensure smooth daily operations while delivering compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, HiSET or GED preferred.
• CMA certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required and renewed every 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs.
• Support daily clinic operations and assist with exams and procedures.
• Administer diagnostic tests, immunizations, and medications.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record.
• Coordinate prescription refills, referrals, prior authorizations, and scheduling.
• Communicate test results and follow up with patients.
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinic readiness.
• Participate in quality improvement and uphold patient safety standards.
• Collaborate with providers and the care team to deliver compassionate care.
