Responsibilities

• Support delivery of high-quality patient experience through customer service.
• Assist with medical exams and office procedures under guidance.
• Perform applicable medical procedures and collect laboratory specimens.
• Communicate information and instructions to patients.
• Assist with scheduling tests and follow-up appointments.
