Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Assist in managing medication inventory and storage; coordinate re-orders with pharmacies.
• Provide compassionate care with activities of daily living in a team setting.
• Prioritize independence and provide emotional support and engagement.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Promote open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
