Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Med Tech to join our Hawkins Creek community in Longview, Texas. You will administer medications, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain residents’ dignity and independence under nurse supervision.

We value teamwork and quality care; CMA certification is optional as training and delegation are provided. This PRN role supports independent living, memory care, and assisted living at our communities.

Qualifications

• Six months of med pass in a retirement community preferred.
• CMA certification is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Caring, organized, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Administer and accurately record medications as prescribed under nurse supervision.
• Obtain, record, and report resident vital signs.
• Manage supply of medications and maintain accurate medication accounting.
• Care for residents’ personal needs and assist with daily living activities.
• Assist in dining, escorting residents, and related tasks.
• Observe changes in residents and report to the nurse.
