Qualifications

• Administer and record medications as prescribed under nurse supervision.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Six months of work experience in a retirement community is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and accurately record medication administration.
• Obtain, monitor, and report residents' vital signs.
• Provide personal care and assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Assist in dining, mobility, and daily tasks as needed.
• Observe changes in residents and report to nursing staff.
