Touchmark at Fairway Village in Southwest Washington is seeking a compassionate Med Tech to join our premier retirement community. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with day and swing shifts.

Responsibilities include reviewing resident service plans, assisting with daily living activities, promptly answering call lights, escorting residents, and providing medication assistance under licensed staff.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate compassionate, patient-focused care.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA/NAC WA certification preferred.
• State certification in CNA/NAC and Nurse Delegation completed preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification encouraged if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Review resident service plans for each shift.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and activities of daily living.
• Respond to call lights promptly to ensure resident safety.
• Escort residents to apartments, activities, and dining areas.
• In memory care, assist with dining room setup, take orders, serve meals.
• Take and document vital statistics.
• Provide medication assistance as directed by licensed staff.
