Responsibilities

• Medication management, administration, and documentation.
• Maintain MAR accuracy and timely entries.
• Verify and update physician orders as needed.
• Order, receive, and store medications per policies.
• Keep medication room clean, organized, and secure.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to Clinical Manager or Executive Director.
• Provide first aid and wound care and coordinate with healthcare professionals.
