Bayberry Commons Senior Living is seeking a Med Tech (Medication Technician) in Springfield, OR. Join a compassionate team to administer medications, maintain accurate records, and monitor residents’ health with a focus on safety and dignity.

You will collaborate with caregivers and healthcare staff, support residents with daily activities, and provide reliable care with flexible full- or part-time shifts. Experience in senior care is a plus, but training is available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a senior care or healthcare setting (preferred but not required).
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Compassionate, patient, and able to build relationships with residents.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Accurately administer medications to residents as prescribed.
• Keep detailed and up-to-date records of medication distribution and resident health.
• Monitor residents for any adverse reactions and report any concerns to healthcare providers.
• Assist residents with daily activities as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare staff to ensure holistic care for our residents.
