The Homestead at Rochester campus in Rochester, MN, is hiring a Med Tech to provide hands-on care and support daily living activities for residents. You will work under nursing supervision in a compassionate, purpose-driven environment.

We require a current MN Med Certified licensure, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow care plans. Long-term care experience is preferred, with growth opportunities on a welcoming campus.

Qualifications

• Current Med Certified licensure in MN.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and resident orders.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being by building meaningful connections and delivering compassionate, person-centered care.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team to ensure timely and appropriate care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while following all care plans, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
