The Homestead at Rochester Campus in Rochester, MN, is hiring a Med Tech to provide direct resident care in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. This paid opportunity allows you to support daily living activities while following individualized care plans and collaborating with the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Current Med Certified licensure in MN.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and resident orders.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living.
• Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being by delivering compassionate, person-centered care.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team to ensure timely and appropriate care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while following all care plans, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
