Responsibilities

• Administer medications, breathing treatments, and skin care as prescribed.
• Track vitals, weights, and blood sugar; report changes to the Wellness Director.
• Maintain 100% accuracy in EMR and daily logs.
• Manage pharmacy deliveries, restock med carts, and uphold infection control standards.
• Assist with resident meals and general care duties to support a seamless community experience.
