You will document administrations, monitor for side effects, and communicate concerns to physicians and leadership. Part-time shifts across three day parts, with weekend and holiday rotation; comprehensive benefits and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of medication administration training, including documentation
• Demonstrated knowledge of medication identification, purpose, use, adverse effects, and contraindications
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physician orders
• Accurately document all medication and treatment administration
• Document events and incidents in resident records
• Provide direct care and resident support services as needed
