Job summary

Ideal Option is hiring a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist in Cut Bank, MT. This role provides both administrative and clinical support to ensure smooth clinic operations and high-quality patient care.

You will assist with front office tasks, vitals, urine/blood collection, and cooperation with providers to deliver compassionate service to patients seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Maintain MA licensing through state/agency as applicable.
• Maintain BLS/CPR certification.
• CMA or National Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist provides administrative and clinical support to ensure efficient clinic operation.
• Support clinic providers and patients with a variety of patient-care tasks and front office duties.
• Check patients in, update demographics, collect co-pays, and assist with lab specimen collection.
• Obtain vital signs, breathalyzers, and may draw patient blood samples.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and assist with ordering supplies.
