Ideal Option PLLC in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to support clinic operations and patient care. You will assist providers, handle front office tasks, and help ensure smooth daily operations with compassionate service.

The role offers a Monday-Thursday schedule, with compensation of $16.40-$17.40 per hour, and full benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401(k), paid time off and holidays, plus opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; proof of diploma or GED will be required.
• Maintain MA licensing through the state/agency (as applicable per state).
• Maintain BLS/CPR certification.
• CMA or National Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in for their appointments.
• Confirm and update patient demographics.
• Obtain release of medical records from the patient.
• Collect co-pays and make nightly deposits.
• Obtain vital signs and breathalyzers.
• Collect urine samples and prepare for laboratory testing.
• Witness patients for observed dosing and observed urine.
• Perform skin assessments.
• May draw patient blood samples.
• Maintain cleanliness of the clinic.
• Order cleaning supplies as needed by the clinic.
