Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• MA licensing in the state is required or maintained as applicable.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• CMA or National Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical support for efficient clinic operation.
• Support providers and patients with patient care tasks and front-office duties.
• Maintain communication with other Ideal Option departments.
• Check in patients and update demographics.
• Collect co-pays and perform nightly deposits.
